Place water in a clear glass bottle ( avoid plastic) under direct sunlight for 4+hours Infrared light (40%of sunlight) energizes water, creating layers that store a charge like a battery ** Add a quartz crystal(silica) to amplify structuring Try “Vortexing”(mechanical Structuring) · Swirl water in a circular motion ( manually or by using a vortex machine) to reorganize molecules. - Vortexing mimics natural water movement in rivers, increasing oxygen content and reducing surface tension. - Tools: Use a glass jar, stir vigorously for 30+seconds, or invest in a vortex generating device. Mineralization & PH Balancing ... · Add Celtic Sea salt (tiny pinch per litter) provides electrolytes and stabilizes water’s change OR · Add Shilajit (fulvic/humic acids) enhances mineral absorption and cellular energy. Staying hydrated seems to be a challenge for me. Tap water, bottle water; still or sparkling? Some people say distilling is the only way to go? I'm concerned that it not only takes out the bad, but the good too! One of my mentors shared a story with me. Her husband was one of the original owners of FedX. At one of their shipping facilities he ask why the cement was chipping and cracking. He was told that a distilled water shipment had been leaking there. So our conclusion is that the distilled water was pulling the minerals from the concrete?? So would it pull leach important minerals from our bones??? I started asking questions. Some say, “I get enough minerals from the raw living food I eat”. Others are exploring re-adding the important minerals. This opened a rabbit hole for me! I’d like to dive into this subject a little deeper and get your input.
