calling fb leads
during what times fb and ig leads that are looking to buy a home are usually submitting their info? wanna understand during what times appt settters should call those fb leads or should I just ask the leads: "what's the best time of the day to give you call?"

Usually, this is intel your client builds up over time since it's different for every business + asking on the lead form is usually a waste. People might say afternoon, but they won't answer more just because they say that. Meanwhile it reduced conversion rates by a few % by asking an extra question.

FB ads structure
hey ya'll newbie here! how do you guys run your campaigns, curious to hear: 1) CBO vs ABO 2) Frequency of switching out new ads 3) Ad fatigue and if this actually a thing especially for local service businesses on $50/day - if you're running a DCT initially, how frequency do you change it?

I do CBO, because it's generally easier to scale and manage. You just drop in adsets, of 2-4 ads in each, on a 7 day basis and let the CBO work out and spend on the better performers. (The reason for 2-4 ads is i) FB tends to only spend on the top 4 ads anyway, so having more doesn't help. So I make 2 very different ones, and the other 2 sometimes just small variations on those 2 like headline or body copy differences). 2) I turn off poor performing adsets (the groups of ads) on 3, 7 and 14 day periods. So I have about 2-3 adsets running a a time, a winner and 1-2 challengers. 3) Ad fatigue is especially real for local service businesses since we blast through the audience quick. Aim for 7-14 day changes.

Welcome!
I made app for freelance FB ads managers to generate AI copy with more control.
Hey folks, I made an AI copywriting tool for other facebook ad managers who use tools like Chat GPT to make copy but want to do it faster, with more control. Anyone willing to try it and share feedback? https://www.growlcopywriter.com/ Why I made it: - I wanted more structured control over copywriting unlike tools like Copy .ai, instead of just trusting their algo to write it - Save time going back and forth via chat with LLMs, just plug in the variables and tweak those, no restarting conversations or editing them halfway through - Switch models easily (I'm adding Grok/Claude later) (Liam/admin, feel free to remove if not allowed with my apologies. I DM'd before but maybe didn't wait long enough to hear back 😉)
