What type of shoes do you like for Tai Chi practice?

We got close to a foot of snow in Boulder, and today was a beautiful bluebird day, so I practiced in the neighborhood park. It was the first time I've ever done Qigong/Tai Chi outside in the snow! It was a great experience connecting with all the elements around me!

Is there a specific strength routine you recommend for Tai Chi?

Yoga has standing, floor, and seated practices. I know Qigong has standing and seated practices. Does Qigong have a floor practice?
