Hey! I’m all in for the step challenge! Full disclosure I’ve been really lax about my movement & this is probably a great step in the right direction… pun intended! I also have a few other things that I need to work on & woukd be inclined to share in an accountability discussion

Y'all know I choose NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) based on their scientific approach to the body. I love to view myself with a scientist lens so the discoveries feel more like facts than "something's wrong with me". SO WHAT DOES THIS CERTIFICATION MEAN TO YOU GUYS? This means I’m expanding my ability to coach you not just in workouts…but in how you actually fuel your body in a way that supports real, sustainable progress. What this certification focuses on: • evidence-based nutrition (not trends or extremes) • understanding how to assess what your body actually needs • coaching habits around food, not just giving rules • helping people create results they can actually maintain And if you’ve been here for a minute… you already know that lines up exactly with how I teach. Hi folks! I wanted to introduce myself. I’m almost 50 & working on being my best self with exercise & health at the forefront. I have 2 adult children. My goal for being here is to find my tribe- some friends & learn about myself. Fitness is my jam but frig I have so much to learn there & that’s my other motive to be here!
