I used to study effectively... I never knew there were techniques to study until I learned about the study techniques from you and I was like hey... I have always studied like that because that was the easy way for me. But after getting into university everything felt so difficult. I struggled a lot like an idiot forgetting how I used to study and how to calm down. The results... I failed in 3 courses out of 7 courses of architecture. That shattered me. My mind went blank on what to do during the semester...

Morning routine ✅
I’ve had some challenges waking up last week. Maybe it was a jet leg, maybe it was some mindset thing. This morning got up 7am Drink 2 glasses of water (1 with 5gr creatine) Did 15min of my favourite breathwork Cold shower + brush teeth Read my self manifest + journal Go for a walk and chill in the sun for a bit 🌞 8am sharp started work. What’s your morning routine?

I woke up at 7am being all frustrated because I couldn't sleep well last night. Why? Because I have exams today and don't ask about the preparation. Anyways I am at my university and before the exam I studied here in a quiet classroom, the type of room you only get on exam times. I feel fine now 😌

Well I am going through some mental problem right now... Anxiety basically... I need some time to adjust in my university environment, other than that I have the ability to study properly. I know that this has created a negative impact in my studies and I might fail 🙃
