What a feel good day, nearly 10,000 steps and I've been in the office most of the day 🫤 plus a evening bike ride with the girls, said hi to the pigs, horses and now a sheep on our favorite route.

Today's funeral for Ben was really beautiful. Of course there was tears, but there's also a lot of laughter. 48 is far too young. It made me realise how much I miss my beautiful friend Natalie and I've promised to rekindle our friendship and support her during this tough time. It brought back many happy memories together and so much laughter. And having her family come over to say hello and us embrace each other made me realise how special the friendship really is. Sometimes life gets in the way of things. And sometimes it takes a moment like today to rekindle those friendships.

Today I received my 4th Medal from completing the conqueror walk they are so good and keeps you wanting to get those steps in

Eye test and gym were done by 9:40. Have finished first week of training for the blueprint. I love the legs press (used for first time today). I have been brave (anxiety etc) and spoken to the staff at the gym who showed me machines and how to work them. I am focussing on getting the exercises right but also being present and noticing everything that my body is feeling. Trip to the doctors this afternoon (I'm walking down and back to get my steps in). Right now I'm going to settle down and do some work for going back next week. Have a good day everyone 💛❤️😁
