Myers Briggs Personality Type & How it can affect Health & Wellness
As I was editing my personal Skool profile, I ran across a section asking for my Myers Briggs personality type. I know I had done it years ago but really couldn't remember what the heck it was. So, I just retook the test HERE and got that I am an INTJ. Which, of course, I know remember because it is inherently me! What I find interesting now, on this continued path for growth and insight into how my business should be structured for maximal impact in the global health and wellness space, is just how much of these traits have directly impacted so many aspects of my life. This is especially true of my work life and with regard to social emotional connections. I've attached screenshots so that you can take a look at all of the good, bad and ugly of my specific MB personality traits. And these are totally spot on with me! My question to you is this: if you've ever taken this test, have the results opened your eyes to struggles you may have had throughout your life in some aspect of the health and wellness front? If so, what have they been and how can we take these personality trait insights and turn them into positives instead of negatives? ➕➖ I'd love to hear all of your thoughts on this because I find it to be a very interesting topic! 🤓

I like you took that test years ago and I’m having trouble remembering what I am. I think I’m introverted judgmental feeling and intuitive. Knowing you, I agree, it is spot on. However, I would not have guessed you to be that introverted. You have such a warm and outgoing personality from the first moment I met you and you introduced yourself and asked me to join you for dinner and you have been a blessing to me ever since. I would love to take it again. I looked and couldn’t find it on the site. Can you tell me where I could find it please?
Finished my 1st Longer Fast.... And I'm not sure I'm a fan! 🤔
I just finished my first longer fast, with a total of 39 hours.⏲️ And to be honest, I don't think I'm a fan.🪭 While I regularly participate in time restricted eating, which is another form of intermittent fasting, this one seems to affect me in a NOT so positive way. While I know there are a lot of potential health benefits to a longer water only fast🥤💧, it doesn't seem to affect me in the same positive way that the shorter, regular daily 16 to 20 hour fast does. The time restricted the eating I seem to do really well with and I feel even more energized💥, as if that was necessary.🤣 But with this longer one, I did not have such a great feeling. I made a short video explaining it in more depth. What are your thoughts on intermittent fasting, whether it's time restricted eating or a longer fast?⏰ Have you tried either or both? Pros and cons????

You are extremely active! I think the longest I’ve ever gone has been 14 hours. But I regularly do at least 12 hours and I feel pretty good doing that.

What's your favorite morning routine currently??? 🌞☕🥰
Mine varies daily, depending upon my schedule and what I've got going on. 🗓️ But I always try to get outside first thing for some early morning sunlight🌞, walk around a little bit🚶 and then enjoy my cinnamon and turmeric coffee☕🫚 on my screened in porch while watching the bird show🐦. It's my favorite way to get going for the day.🥳 So... what's your routine? Is there one thing you'd love to add to it to really boost your mood and energy level for the day? If so, what would be it? I'd love to know, so please comment below👇 and let's connect over a morning cup of Joe (or tea, that is always after the coffee). ☕🍵

@Shanah Bell my morning starts with my Jesus, calling devotion and a healing, herbal tea. Enjoying the morning, sunshine and birds. Brushing my cat Piper playing with her as she chases the mouse. I’m hiding around and catching it.

@Shanah Bell playing with Piper is with this part of my day. I also play with her about every hour. Yes I change up all my herbal teas, honey. Bush mandarin orange,very joyful release, ginger Island . I do a Matcha shot every day I really have been enjoying the herbal tea
