Mine varies daily, depending upon my schedule and what I've got going on. 🗓️
But I always try to get outside first thing for some early morning sunlight🌞, walk around a little bit🚶 and then enjoy my cinnamon and turmeric coffee☕🫚 on my screened in porch while watching the bird show🐦. It's my favorite way to get going for the day.🥳
