I just finished my first longer fast, with a total of 39 hours.⏲️ And to be honest, I don't think I'm a fan.🪭
While I regularly participate in time restricted eating, which is another form of intermittent fasting, this one seems to affect me in a NOT so positive way.
While I know there are a lot of potential health benefits to a longer water only fast🥤💧, it doesn't seem to affect me in the same positive way that the shorter, regular daily 16 to 20 hour fast does.
The time restricted the eating I seem to do really well with and I feel even more energized💥, as if that was necessary.🤣 But with this longer one, I did not have such a great feeling. I made a short video explaining it in more depth.
What are your thoughts on intermittent fasting, whether it's time restricted eating or a longer fast?⏰
