🎄💪 WE DID IT. 5,000 PUSH-UPS COMPLETED 💪🎄
The goal was simple. 5,000 push-ups as a team before Christmas. No pressure. No perfection. Just action. And look at this. 🔥 FINAL TOTAL: 5,063 / 5,000 PUSH-UPS 🔥 Goal hit. Then exceeded. This is what happens when a community shows up together. Some people did a few reps. Some people did hundreds. Some people did a lot more than they thought they could. Every single rep mattered. Here are the legends who stacked the reps 👇 Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert - 914 Brad Johnson - 820 Angela Woppman - 700 Mark Volzer - 500 Karyn Ainsworth - 491 Gabriela Lavista - 336 Veronica Campbell - 320 Darwin Guevara - 123 (78 full + 90 knee) Donna Walton - ~120 Joey - 100 Ajay S - 85 Antony Alabi - 80 Marina Tokareva - 60 Gian Paolo Menabene - 50 Aya Wingate - 48 Caryn Vowles - 46 Aro Domingos - 45 Dennika Hamel - 40 Mist S - 35 Allan Rutledge - 30 Viv Doan - 30 Daddy Doula Dayne - 25 Luciana Rennó - 20 Deb Sting - 20 Kate Bailey - 15 Davis Saelee - 10 This challenge was never about push-ups. It was about showing up. Doing something daily. Proving to yourself that small actions stack fast. You should be proud of this. 🎉 Drop a comment below with how this challenge felt for you or what surprised you most. And yes… we are absolutely doing more stuff like this 👀

Well done everyone!!!
🗳️ JANUARY COMMUNITY CHALLENGE — YOU DECIDE
January sets the tone for the whole year. So instead of guessing what we should do… You get to choose the challenge. Each option is designed to: • Build consistency • Create momentum • Actually move the needle (not just “stay busy”) 👇 Vote in the poll below 👇 🅰️ Learn ONE New Skill (Daily Touch) Commit to one skill for the entire month Handstand, L-sit, pull-ups, pistol squat, flow, etc. • 5–10 min per day • Same skill all month • Progress > perfection Best for: people who want identity-level change (“I’m someone who practices skills”). 🅱️ Handstand January (2-Week Focus) Two weeks fully dedicated to handstands. • Daily handstand work (even 5 min counts) • Sunday live calls focused ONLY on handstands • Beginner → advanced friendly Best for: people who want structure + coaching around one iconic skill. 🅲 5,000 Pull-Ups as a Team (Advanced) A collective strength challenge. • Team goal: 5,000 pull-ups in January • Bands & regressions allowed • Logged publicly for accountability Best for: experienced athletes who want a physical grind. 🅳 10 Minutes a Day (No Excuses) Simple. Brutally effective. • Any movement • Any style • Every day Missed days = make-up minutes. Best for: busy humans rebuilding consistency. 🧠 Important There is no wrong choice here. Whatever wins, we commit together. Vote below 👇

Love this 👆🏻 I voted handstand just because I feel like I'm close to getting it, but at the same time, really value the idea of one skill per month as it would keep me focussed!
🎄 Merry Christmas. Take a Breath and Be Proud.
Before chasing the next goal, pause for a moment. This time of year is not about doing more. It is about noticing how far you have already come. Think back to where you started this year. Your strength. Your confidence. Your consistency. Even if progress felt slow, it still counts. Showing up counts. Trying counts. Not quitting counts. This is also the perfect mental reset. No pressure to be perfect. No pressure to train hard this week. Just space to recharge, reflect, and reconnect with why you started. Use this time to ask yourself a few simple questions: What am I proud of this year? What habits actually worked for me? What do I want to feel more of next year? Your goals will still be there after the holidays. You do not lose progress by resting. You gain clarity. Enjoy your time with family, friends, food, and rest. We will be ready to build again soon. 💪 🎁 What is one thing from this year that you are genuinely proud of?

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert the grip I think! But the swing obviously helps the momentum!

🎄 Advent Adventure – Day 21 & 22: Front Lever Raises 🔩✨
Today’s skill is Front Lever Raises — and yes, this one is supposed to feel hard. This is a real calisthenics strength skill. Struggling is normal. Partial reps absolutely count. Pick your level: ✅ Beginner: Tucked front lever raises 🔄 Explorer: One-leg or straddle front lever raises 🔥 Expert: Full front lever raises ➡️ Control the way down. ➡️ Quality over height. ➡️ If you shake, you’re in the right place. ⏱ 2–5 minutes total. Keep reps low and clean. 🎥 Videos encouraged! Even partial raises are wins. This one earns its difficulty — show up and own it ❄️🔥 Video Credit: @Andrystrong
