@Val Mercier I think so for me! A PT in the gym said he thought it was harder but I have no idea! It just helps me keep my foot off the ground!
Pistol squat progress!
I tried a pistol squat today! I managed to get down, then separately tried to get up and managed that, then by some miracle managed to do the full thing. But obviously didn't record that but then tired myself out before I could do it again on video!

Handstand updates
Happy to notice that my alignment has improved so much after Brandon's suggestion, engaging the glutes and tucking the ribs in. Also, managed almost 4-5 seconds of float in the kick-up back to wall video. I had managed a maximum of 1-2 seconds before this. The chest to wall alignment looks much better as well. Happy to receive feedback on the form and what to work on next.

Is it even any different?!
So, I tried to follow everyone's advice! I tried feeling like there was a pencil between my shoulder blades, but it looks no different to before in terms of seeing my back muscles engage! I tried keeping my arms straight until I felt like I had my back/shoulders engaged, I tried not to flare out my elbowsand looking up to the bar. Does it look a y different to anyone else? My shoulder was still a bit pinchy at the bottom.
Is it even any different?!

@Ricardo Jorge thank you! I noticed the imbalance too! I am trying negatives too, but seems to lose them at the part I am trying to make stronger at the bottom.. I do try and break the bar and have tried a tip to put more pressure on the pinky side of my hands which has helped my shoulder a bit, but yes it's the right shoulder that hurts.

I'm including these new drills to learn to balance on the handstand. Do you think they are useful? I feel closer each time and still far away. I dream of balancing on the handstand 😁

Im still trying to get the balance but it is slowly increasing in time now, but the definite shift I have seen is how much my hands actually work! I think what has helped me is back to wall handstands, engaging my core and really slowly shifting the weight into my palms rather than thinking too much about actively taking my feet off the wall if that makes sense?
