Change to the Your Business Book: Planned Together programme
I created the Your Business Book: Planned Together programme for coaches and experts with a book in them. I got feedback - and I listened. I'm moving the Your Business Book: Planned Together programme over to the Skool platform. Community, course, lives, videos, all in one place. I have spaces available for the August cohort starting Monday 3rd August. Four weeks of mindset, structure, planning, writing and shaping your new thought leadership or personal development book, ready to write with ongoing support. For more info and how to get a space on the programme, head over to the Write Your Business Book community here: https://www.skool.com/write-your-business-book-1321

@Rachel Harmsworth That's interesting because you're not chasing YouTube for the sake of YouTube you're chasing the outcome it can create. It makes me wonder... if someone followed your channel for six months, what would you want them to keep coming back for?

@Rachel Harmsworth I actually think that's what makes someone worth following. Information gets someone to click. Perspective is what makes them come back. What's one opinion about writing that feels very "Rachel" and not something they'd hear everywhere else?

@Robert Gault I like that. It sounds like trust is the outcome you're really measuring, not member count. Looking back over the last few months, what do you think has built that trust the most?

Progress in July
Last day of July. This month I finally stopped “planning to make video” and started building the actual workflow. So far I’ve: - set up the camera and recording space - installed and started learning DaVinci Resolve - created the Room to Record YouTube channel - published the first video - started building the next one - planned the first 10-20! - added new resources and bonus sections inside the community - begun shaping the 30-Minute Room Reset into a proper small product which I hope to release in the next few days There is still plenty unfinished, because apparently one month does not contain seventeen months. Today’s target is simple: publish another video and keep the momentum moving into August. What did you actually finish in July that had been sitting on your list for too long?

@Stuart Baulk I think that's a stage a lot of people reach. The content is there, but now it needs more people seeing it. 😊 Have you decided where you're going to put most of your energy first, or are you still experimenting?

@Stuart Baulk I smiled reading that because it almost sounds like your "don't wait" philosophy coming back again. 😄 I wonder if the biggest improvement won't be the production quality, but the feedback loop. Every video gives you another data point. What's the one thing you'll be looking for after each upload to decide what to make next?
RESOURCE FOR SINGERS: High Value Vocal Exercises
I'm Corinne Bach, founder of Bach School of Voice in Tampa, Florida. I work with singers ages 12 and up in classical voice and musical theater. Many singers collect vocal exercises from YouTube and social media. The problem is they often don't know why they're doing them or when to use them. Inside The Singing Circle, I teach High Value Exercises that help build range, stamina, flexibility, resonance, vowel clarity, registration, and vocal coordination. Just as important, you'll learn how to warm up, how to build the exercises safely, and how to practice with purpose instead of guessing. The goal isn't to do more exercises. The goal is to understand your instrument so you can train it with confidence. What's one part of your voice you'd most like to improve? 🎤 Singers 12+: Join free at https://www.skool.com/voice or upgrade to premium for $9/month (limited time) and get access to streaming selected private voice lessons with BSOV faculty. 👨‍👩‍👧 Parents of singers 4 to 11: Join KidSing Academy free at https://www.skool.com/kidsing-academy-8692 or upgrade to premium for $9/month (limited time).

@Corinne Bach It sounds like you've worked with singers for quite a while. What's been the most rewarding part of helping students develop their confidence over the years?

@Corinne Bach I think that's what keeps great teachers going. The technique matters, but watching someone believe in themselves is a different kind of reward. What's been your biggest source of new students so far?
