I am on my sixth Skool community. I do not say that to brag. I say it because the first 5 taught me everything by going wrong first. Community 1, I built for everyone, so it was for no one. Community 2, I posted constantly and welcomed no one, so it was loud and empty. Community 3, I priced too high too early and heard crickets. Community 4, I chased features instead of people. Community 5, I burned out doing all of it at once. Community 6 is the first one that actually works, and it is not because I got smarter. It is because I got simpler. One hour a day, 4 moves, welcome every single person, ship one thing, invite new people. That is it. You do not need 5 failures to learn this. You can just take mine. I turned the simple version into my community: https://skool.com/memberflow Question for you: which number are you on, and what did the last one teach you? Drop it below 👇
