1. I boxed for 2 hours yesterday, it was amazing and really helped me hone in on flaws in my technique… so grateful for my amazing coaches. 2. I got a 94 on my Psychology Final. 3. I watched one of my favorite movies last night, Tron: Legacy, and I was able to be way more observant than I was in the past. Picked up on so many cool little details + life lessons I never noticed before.

@Gabriel Julien Hi Gabriel I'm Austen, this is awesome to read! I've been to Québec before but never made it to Montreal, it’s definitely on my list. I’m from NYC, Canada has always had this calm, interesting energy to me and I want to explore more of it for sure. I resonate with so much of what you shared. I’m a huge Stoic at heart, and philosophy has always been a big part of how I try to understand myself and the world. I’m in college studying finance, as well as neuroscience, so that bridge between science and spirituality — consciousness, perception, the unseen laws behind reality — that’s something I’m deeply fascinated by too. Funny enough, I’m reading The Kybalion right now as well. Alongside that I’m reading Think and Grow Rich (Napoleon Hill) and The Secret (Rhonda Byrne). All of them hit from different angles, but they come together in a way that really shapes how I think, act, and manifest. Hi, my name is Austen Rey and I am from New York City. I'm currently a Junior in college/university studying Finance and Neuroscience, and super grateful to be going through my spiritual enlightenment! I grew up playing soccer and used to play competitive soccer for Cedar Stars Academy, but I gave it up after I graduated high school to focus on my academics and start building wealth! I am now a devoted boxer and I have been boxing for over three years. I am thinking about pursuing an amateur career but not at the expense of my financial + spiritual journey, so we will see what unfolds. I am super interested in Hermeticism, Esoteric Knowledge, Occultism, Metaphysics and things of this nature. I have been going through spiritual enlightenment for a few months now and Irah's teachings just really resonate with my soul. I believe Earth is just a school, our souls come here to learn karmic lessons and come back to the ALL a more well rounded spirit! I am also really interested in lucid dreaming, astral projection, things of that nature; so if anyone has some insight or stories, don't hesitate to reach out! I am definetely predominantly in my masculine energy but I am working on tapping more into my feminine energy, as I know there must be a balance to reach my Highest Spiritual Path. Hi Axel my name is Austen, I hope I can share some insight that will help you. In a competitive environment it’s easy to feel like you have to choose between being peaceful or being fired up. However, I've found the truth is, anger isn’t really what’s giving you results; it’s the energy underneath it. Anger wakes up your intensity, your focus, your hunger. Peace softens you. Spiritually, the goal isn’t to live in one or the other….. I believe it’s to master both. You don’t actually need the emotion of anger, you just need to hone in on the qualities it brings out in you: urgency, conviction, presence, drive. These are such powerful emotions, and they don’t have to come from a negative place. You can be spiritually grounded and a killer in sales. You just have to learn to lock in without burning yourself out emotionally. That’s where the real power is. I am currently getting into the realm of remote high ticket sales and just had an interview for an Amazon FBA offer; I'm super excited!
