I’m Ashton! I’ve been part of sunshines for maybe 2 years? Off and on. I live in southeastern Washington. I’ve been through many phases of fitness from strict bikini competitions, to just body building and now CrossFit! My husband and I love our 8 animals and I’m an elementary reading specialist. The biggest thing im looking forward to in 2026 is becoming a first time mommy to a little boy in early July!

@Lara Pettit I’m unfortunately still not doing as good as I would like to be, but things have been a little better. I truly don’t know when I’ll ever be back to any part of my normal schedule, it’s been tough mentally!
