WTF... Why is this good?
Thanks @Michelle Schamp for this clutch recipe. So easy to throw together after a long ass day. Does it look good? No. Does it taste good? Absolutely. Buckle Up - Cottage Cheese - 12-15gs of Protein - Canned Chicken - 30gs of Protein - Avocado - 4gs protein Mix it all up with hot sauce, dash of mustard, salt and pepper, lil dill... Spread it on some bread or just eat it out the bowl like me. 40-50gs of protein, maybe 4-600 cals. Try it. Don't be a pansy.

I Am Privileged
I am blessed to have a remote job and a coaching job 2 miles from my house. Truly blessed. I know this. This is why I don't force feed you all "anyone can do it if I can" when we first chat about nutrition. I meet you where you are at and just hope to be a guiding light in the correct direction fo YOU as an individual. That's the thing, you are all very different and have unique challenges. BUT, those challenges are at least similar to others in this groups challenges. That is why I hope we can continue to work together, share recipes for busy parents or perfect bulking foods for those doing so. Simple hacks for golf course snacks or what to get at chick fila when your kids want to see that damn cow! We are all in this together.

Cozy comfort meal
I’m a hoe for pasta and also have 2 small (picky) kids. We’ve tried other “healthy” pasta but this Barilla protein pasta is SO GOOD. It has 17g of protein per serving (“if you have a bottomless pit of a stomach when it comes to pasta” serving size). I also usually like vodka or pink ish sauce on my pasta but I started doing cottage cheese blended with maranara and it’s 🔥 it’s smooth and creamy goodness. I usually will do ground turkey and season it with Slap Yo Mama. It’s 660 cal which I guess is a lot but it has 53g protein! The kids won’t eat it with sauce but I at least feel better feeding them buttered noodles when the noodles themselves have some protein lol

Was supposed to cook pork tenderloin for dinner tonight, but was so tired and wanted something quick and easy. I made these for myself and the kids - not the best for you, I know - but good in a pinch and felt good about the extra protein. The mix called for 2/3 cup of water so I did 1/3 egg whites and 1/3 water for some extra protein.

I keep a box (Aldi brand) at work and mix with equal parts water and mix and a few chocolate chips or banana and microwave in a pinch!

Happy Friday Dorks. Tequila. Soda. Lime. (Or an orange) This is the way. Drink a mineral water in between or even with it. TOPO CHICO!!! 69 calories per shot (😏) This helps you SEVERELY reduce calories and limit overall intake of alcohol. Less drinks to catch a buzz. "BuT TyLaE I cAnT dRiNk LiQuOr" .... Yes you can, you just need to learn how to control your intake. Beers & seltzers go down faster than a escort in a RAV4 . Learn to manage your buzz and grow with it. The night can be legendary without a blackout... I promise. Vodka soda, gin and tonic, whiskey water. Whatever. When you KNOW you are going to have the extra calories elsewhere (aka the jalapeno corn bread) then save yourself there. Do I promote drinking... Kinda yea to be honest. No great story started with "I was sipping my electrolytes from my Stanley". But in moderation. If you want serious results, yes you need to limit alcohol intake. It truly makes a difference. But that is another topic. More to come on this about planning for a big night out. But in the meantime, if you are casually drinking or having a small bender, I promise... TSLs are the way. Be a responsible menace 😈
