This week has been tough. I have a 10 month old that is sick with a 101 fever. My 2 year old who has been a little extra clingy because of all the attention the baby is getting. My 4 year old has a HUGE stye on her eye and had to get antibiotics because it won't go away. My 6 year old has been helping out but it's Thursday and she's getting helper fatigue and saying things like "it's not fair that I have to (insert task she's had to take on to help with all of this this week)". On top of that, i'm preparing for a big entrepreneurial competition starting next week. AND my husband, who I love dearly, is having a hard time coping emotionally with everything and has been an anxious mess which has only made everything MORE challenging for me (although he doesn't mean it to be, he's a good man who's doing his best but we're all human and he's struggling). To say this week has been hard would be an understatement. BUT... microhabits and microwins literally SAVED me this week. I've been relying on my microhabit routines to keep things running smoothly, and i've been celebrating EVERY win - no matter how small. Some wins this week: Did 45 outreaches yesterday. Connected with a new long-term referral partner. Sent out 2 VSL links to prospects. Attended EVERY meeting that was scheduled. made dinner every night and did dishes afterwards. So, this is your sign to celebrate those wins and build those microhabits. Oh, and if you need help with any of this, @Mogene Christensen is AMAZING.
