How would everyone like if I could add all our resources into one website location allowing you to click on TAB SELECTIONS when running your deal evaluations? Including the current contracts we use? Example Website: AutoClose-REI-Deals The Following Tabs will be included 1. Home Page 2. Contracts 3. Rehab Reports 4. ARV Reports (On-Market) 5. Comp Analysis (Off-Market) 6. CRM 7. Submit Deals 8. Contact Support So that you are able to keep things organized and start from one location versus opening multiple windows? Instead you will need to initially sign into each platform so when you do your deal analysis you can start from our main website? Let me know your thoughts? Food for Real Estate 101: Embrace the Imperfections
One thing you will learn when you continue on moving forward with your goals as a real estate professional is that nothing will ever go as planned. You can only prepare for what you do next. When the seller conversations never go as planned When the real estate agent never trusts your intentions When the home owner cancels three days into your due diligence When that referral comes in with bad numbers on ARV, Rehab or Comps When the title company denies the deal due to a clouded title with no solution When you invest time and energy that does not match the assignment When the communication is delayed and fear of a lost deal clouds your best reaction When you took that extra step to submit that EMD and the money was lost to the seller When the contract signing is delayed due to a grammar error When you have quit your job to go full-time into wholesaling and its been 3 months When that one buyer decides the best deal you have is not a deal for them When you got this far into this post and finally discover that real estate has many mistakes Embrace the Imperfections............when success leaves clues. Stay focused. If you expect a dream to come true with no strong foundation or plan on how to keep it strong you will lose it all in a flick. But when you understand that "Everything Good" comes with distractions, set-backs and disappointments only then do you really see that nothing happens over night. Success happens over time.....................

I was sent a link to join the “Bigger is Better Challenge” by Pace Morby. What’s being introduced in this webinar event is hosted by Justin Tuminowski who is the owner of DEAL SAUCE. Why I started my 14-Day free trial is they added some new AI features when looking for properties and they added a BUY BOX extension that gives you buyer and partners contact information in all 50 states. Justin is also listed as a creative buyer which I am going to collect as many buyers as I can from the system. The platform is mainly for creative type transactions but I also understand that I have some creative minded members in the group. Contacting Free Buyers List: The Benefits
I been sending out emails to the free buyers list that I have access to and I ended up getting a seller lead from it...........a potential buyer turned into a potential seller. How cool is that.....this will be my second lead I made an offer on today..... Let me hear your thoughts on FIRST LOOK. What repairs can you see before you do any digging into pictures, asking questions, or due diligence. What would you think it would cost to bring this house to value and still offer a fair price to the seller whose looking to move by November? Make Your Selection and then comment why you made that choice?

Personally I would want to know if there were anymore pictures or do a walkthrough so I could determine what needed to be done as well as speaking with the seller on the major components of the house like roof, HVAC, electrical, plumbing as well as condition so I was able to estimate properly.
