Day 2/7 – Strengthening Your Inner Voice 🔆
Focus: Building trust in your intuition. Why this matters: Your intuition is like an inner compass. It becomes clearer the more you listen. Creating quiet, intentional moments for yourself strengthens self-trust and helps you take action that’s in alignment with your values. Pre-Session Prompt : How would I show up today if I fully trusted my intuition and inner wisdom? Sound Bath: As you listen, notice any subtle sensations, thoughts, or feelings that arise. Allow them to simply be there without judgment, trusting that your inner voice will reveal itself in its own way. Reset room : Better Sleep Track: Still Choose either 10min or the 30min Post-Session Reflection: What insights or clarity came forward about my inner strength and intuition? Optional Share with the Group: Did you use the 10min or the 30min? Share one insight or image that came up for you about your inner wisdom. 💛 You are reconnecting with the part of you that always knows the way.

Here we are! Day 1 of the seven day challenge! Attached you will find your 7 Day Challenge Companion Guide that will have everything in one place for you. Feel free to download it and use it as part of your journaling experience. Let's get into Day 1! Focus: Make space for clarity by releasing mental noise. Why this matters:When our minds are cluttered with to-do’s, worries, or lingering thoughts, it’s harder to make confident decisions. Research on expressive writing (James Pennebaker, PhD) shows that putting your thoughts on paper can reduce mental load and open space for new ideas to flow. Pre-Session Prompt (write in your journal or you companion guide) What’s been taking up the most space in my mind lately? How is it affecting my ability to make clear decisions? Sound Bath: As you begin today’s sound bath, imagine each sound wave gently sweeping away the mental clutter you’ve named, leaving you with more space and lightness. Reset Room : Increase Energy Track : Ready Choose either the 10min or the 30min Post-Session Reflection: After listening, which thoughts feel quieter or lighter? Did any new clarity or perspective emerge? Optional Share with the Group: Did you choose the 10 or the 30min track? ✨Preparing for the 7-Day Clarity & Confidence Boost Challenge
Hello! We start our journey together tomorrow Sunday, August 10th, and I want to set you up for the best possible experience. This week is about you : creating space to clear mental clutter, reconnect with yourself, and step into your confidence. Here’s how to prepare: 1️⃣ Gather Your Materials - A dedicated journal or notebook (writing by hand processes emotions and improves memory more than typing. It slows thoughts, allowing deeper reflection). - A pen you enjoy writing with. - Headphones or a comfortable speaker for your sound baths. - A glass or bottle of water. 2️⃣ Create Your Space Choose a spot where you can be uninterrupted for your daily session. Your brain learns to relax more easily when it associates a physical space with calm and reflection. 3️⃣ Commit to Your Time Pick a consistent time of day : morning, midday, or evening. Adding it to your calendar makes it a promise to yourself. And keeping promises to yourself has shown to build more confidence. 4️⃣ Prioritize Sleep & Hydration Sound healing works best when your body is supported. Aim for enough sleep each night, and drink water before and after each session. 5️⃣ Lean into the Power of Community Sharing even a small part of your experience can inspire someone else on the same journey. We are co-creating this space to be seen, heard, and supported. 6️⃣ Remember — You’re Not Alone I believe in you. You’ve already taken the first step by saying “yes” to this challenge. Whatever this week brings, we’ll walk through it together. 💛 I can’t wait to start with you tomorrow. Gather your journal, create your space, and let’s begin this journey!
