"I'm done being who I've been."
You can literally just wake up and decide: "I'm done being who I've been." You don't need a new year. You don't need a rock bottom. You don't need anyone's permission. Change doesn't require the perfect moment. It begins the second you choose differently. You're not stuck. You're one decision away from a different life. Which sound healing track do you have on repeat?

Day 3 of Rest + Regulate is live!
Now we bring it all together: breath, vibration, and sound. Head over to the Classroom Tab and choose : Rest + Regulate. In this practice, you’ll discover your personal “I Am” statement—an affirmation that becomes your compass for steadiness and growth. ✨ Tonight, join the live sound bath (7 PM CT / 8 PM ET) to embody your ‘I Am’ and anchor it even more deeply.

@Lorie Langley That can happen! Sometimes we think that a particular intention is what we need to hold, however, another may come up because it is actually the reason why we are holding the first intention in the first place. Do you find that to be true here?

Thank You for Resting + Regulating With Me
To everyone who showed up, whether for one day or all three of the Rest + Regulate Challenge, I want to say thank you. 🙏🏽 It’s been such a joy to breathe, hum, and ground with you. Whether you joined the live sound bath or catch the replay (out tomorrow), your presence in this space matters. I hope tonight’s session helped you release what’s no longer needed… and that you sleep so well, fully embodied in your I AM statement. To all our new community members, welcome! This is a free space designed to support you in regulating your nervous system, reconnecting with your body, and reclaiming your peace. I’m honored to have you here. Stay tuned for next month’s challenge, and for those of you ready to go deeper into this work with me, more is coming soon. Until then, remember:Your breath is a doorway. Your sound is a reset. Your presence is your power. With deep gratitude, Danielle

@Lorie Langley I’m so glad to hear this gave you the reset you needed . It’s amazing what can surface when we give our nervous system permission to soften. Even in the virtual space. Thank you fpr being there! Thank you for showing up so fully for yourself 💛

@Emily Greenwald I love this so much! Thank you for sharing! Yes, humming is such a beautifully simple and effective practice. There’s something about the gentle vibration that helps the mind soften and the body remember it’s safe. I’m so glad it brought you back into presence so quickly. It’s amazing how just a few breaths of intentional sound can shift us out of the spiral and into stillness. Keep letting it be your anchor, your body clearly knows how to return to center. You’re doing powerful work, and it’s an honor to witness your process.

@Tammy Lewis Yeeeess ❤️ I’m so glad this resonated with you! Humming is such a simple practice, but so powerful, it gently stimulates the vagus nerve and signals your whole system that it’s safe to soften. And you’re right, it’s something you can easily do at home (or even in the car!). I’d love to hear how you feel after trying it a few times this week. Sometimes even 2–3 minutes can shift the whole day. Thank you for sharing, it may inspire someone else here to give it a try too.
