Why this matters:When our minds are cluttered with to-do’s, worries, or lingering thoughts, it’s harder to make confident decisions. Research on expressive writing (James Pennebaker, PhD) shows that putting your thoughts on paper can reduce mental load and open space for new ideas to flow.
