My therapist recommended yoga nidra to me as I felt exhausted and overwhelmed at work (I work at a pediatric hospital in the emergency department). She recommended that I listen on my breaks to help feel more rested and ready to return to work. I listened to a few different podcasts but no one resonated with me like Ayla Nova. I decided to apply for the Nova Nidra training to better understand the physiological process behind nidra and NSDR. I would also like to become a guide for my coworkers (if they are open to it!).
