Day 1, Let’s Go Deeper
Today we begin a 40-day series of daily movement with a deeper intention. We’ll still move our bodies each day, but we’ll also step slightly outside our comfort zones, take on small personal challenges, and create space for renewal. This is about transformation through consistency, reflection, and action. Forty days of showing up, going a little deeper, and seeing what changes. Let’s begin.
