19 y/o Full Stack Dev — I'll Build Whatever You Need
what's good everyone, i'm Arsh — 19 year old full stack developer from California. i've been seeing a lot of people in here building awesome automation setups and AI workflows but struggling with the actual development side. that's literally what i do. here's what i can build for you: - Custom websites and landing pages - Web apps and dashboards (client portals, CRM dashboards, analytics tools) - API integrations and custom backends - AI-powered tools and chatbots - Automation workflows (n8n, make, custom scripts) - MVP builds for your startup idea i built perismium.com and i'm currently building senvia.dev (think Lovable alternative for building apps). if you have an idea but no dev, or you landed a client but need someone technical to actually build the thing — i'm your guy. not here to sell you anything. just want to connect with people who need stuff built. if that's you, drop a comment or DM me and we can hop on a quick call. calendly: https://calendly.com/arshpreetsingh2006/30min

Developer help needed
Encounter this client, and this is my first time client ask for this kind of requirement, and I have none, I am just starting out to lay my foundations. Do you think I should move on? Or white lie my way out?, or If anyone has this requirement Can reach out to me and we potentially work together ❤️

Don't move on from this — this is actually a great sign. The client asking for verification details means they're interested but need to vet you first. That's normal for B2B, especially in yacht/fleet management. Here's exactly what you need to do to close this: 1. Get a professional website up ASAP — even a simple one-page site with your name, what you do ("AI-powered booking & operations systems for fleet management"), and a contact form. You can spin one up in a day with Lovable or Next.js. 2. For "examples of current clients" — if this is your first, be honest but frame it right: "We're a new firm specializing in fleet booking automation. While we're in early stages, here's a demo of the system we've built" + link to a working prototype or Loom walkthrough. 3. Create a brief proposal/PDF that describes: - The booking system architecture (online booking widget, calendar management, fleet availability, payment processing) - How it integrates with their existing operations - Timeline (e.g., MVP in 4-6 weeks) - Pricing (even a ballpark range) 4. Register a simple business name if you haven't — you can do this online in most places for under $100. It instantly adds credibility. 5. Set up a professional email ([email protected]) — Gmail looks unprofessional for B2B proposals. The fact that they responded at all from a cold outreach means they have the need. Don't white lie — instead, build the credibility assets fast and respond professionally. I build websites, dashboards, and booking systems — if you need help getting that website or proposal together quickly, happy to chat: https://calendly.com/arshpreetsingh2006/30min

yo don't move on and definitely don't white lie it lol. i'm a full stack dev and i build custom stuff all the time — websites, apps, dashboards, automations, APIs, whatever. if ur client needs something built that's outside ur skillset, let's link up and work on it together. i'd rather help u deliver something great to ur client than have u lose them. DM me with the details of what they need and we can figure it out. this could be a solid collab 🤝
How to land in your first paying client?
hello everyone I’m 19y old and i drop out on college and leave at my parents house. I realized that I need to step out on my comfort zone. I’m struggling to execute because I don’t know the structure and step that i should step on it. I studied this Ai automation on YouTube for months now, I currently understand how to use n8n, BUT how can i actually sell this? I tried finding the step by step how to land on your first client on YouTube, but i still don’t understand because I’m totally new in this industry. I don’t know what is CRM even mean, I don’t know what is the API and DOMAIN was, i only knew was “Gmail” from google, I didn’t even know that “Email” actually exist. My target client is: Real Estate Agent Rental Agent Property Management I already knew what’s the problem that are existing in them, My problem is HOW can I reach out to them? Where to find them? Where to DM them? What to say to them? What to say when I’m in the call now? And if I’m doing a case study should i do It people who I already knew? I know the owner of this condominium that I’m staying with was struggling on lead follow up, should i use Her as my case study and use that Case Study to reach out in a high paying countries client? Im just worried about If I might get stuck in here and never be able to exposed in a high paying countries. Im from Philippines and someone said that clients in here will pay you lower than the other countries because they cant afford to invest in automation? Or the price was actually depends on the value that I give to them? My mind still can’t focus because I’m still overthinking what to do because i don’t want to waste days and months doing the wrong thing while other beginner out there already having there 5th client. While me I’m still stuck thinking what to do and not to waste my time doing the wrong thing. Please I need guidance, I only need was the structure and to know how simple actually this is.

bro i'm 19 too and literally went through the same thing so i feel u. here's what actually worked for me — stop overthinking and just start reaching out. for real estate agents, go on Instagram and search hashtags like #realtorlife #justlisted in your area. find agents who are active, follow them, engage with their stories for a few days, then DM them something simple like 'hey i noticed you're doing great with your listings, i help agents automate their follow-ups and lead management — would u be open to a quick chat?' keep it short and casual. also join local Facebook groups for real estate in your area. don't sell right away, just answer questions and be helpful. the clients come to YOU when u provide value first. u got this man, we're the same age and figuring it out together 💪
DNS Setup
Hey guys hope you are all doing great, I recently just bought a few domains with the microsoft license via godaddy directly. I've setup my warm up on instantly.ia. Half of my mail got rejected with this error: Remote server returned '550 5.7.708 Service unavailable. Access denied, traffic not accepted from this IP. Is it relied to my spf? Because originally the spf in godaddy is v=spf1 include:secureserver.net -all. But i tought that since it's a microsoft liscense, i changed it to v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all. Am I in the wrong for doing this? Should i have left it as original with the godaddy server? Is my spf the reason some of my warm up mails rebounce or is it simply because those are new domains and its normal? Thank you

hey Jeremie, the SPF change was actually the right call since you're using Microsoft licenses — you need spf.protection.outlook.com in there. but here's the thing, you probably need BOTH. try this: v=spf1 include:secureserver.net include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all. that way GoDaddy's servers AND Microsoft's are both authorized to send on your behalf. also make sure you've got DKIM and DMARC set up too, not just SPF. the bounces on new domains are kinda normal during warmup but the 550 error you're getting is specifically an SPF/auth issue so fixing that should help a lot. if u need help setting up the full DNS stack for cold email (SPF + DKIM + DMARC + MX) i can walk u through it

love this, mission driven founders are the best to work with honestly. from what i've seen, the biggest thing early stage founders struggle with is actually getting their idea into something tangible — like going from 'i have this vision' to having a working MVP or website that people can actually use. a lot of them have the passion but not the technical side. that's actually what i help with — building MVPs, websites, apps, automations for founders who just need someone to bring their idea to life. if any of those founders need a dev, happy to connect
