Month 1: Setup & Quick Wins

- GBP optimization (categories, services, areas).

- Upload 20+ authentic photos.

- Launch automated review system & employee incentives.

-Work on technical SEO and schema for the website

- Publish/Improve core service pages: Bathtub, Tile, Countertop Reglazing.

Month 2: Build & Expand

- Add borough-specific location pages.

- Submit to directories & chamber listings.

- Publish 3–4 supporting blogs.

-Improve homepage for conversions.

- Target +15 reviews.

Month 3: Outreach & Authority

- Publish commercial reglazing + case study pages.

- Begin outreach to PR, sponsorships, and local influencers.

- Publish linkbait (gallery, infographic, quiz).

- Push reviews toward 50+.

- Track rankings, calls, and conversions.
