Front third mewing
My palate in the front is very narrow compared to the back third. Anyone knows how to strengthen the front third of the tongue.
Does anyone have a deepbite?
I want to fix my deepbite. Should I get bite blocks from the dentist or continue wearing the mouthguard? I got a little POB but the progress is very slow despite me wearing the mouthguard everyday r2 large nightly and r3 XL during the day when i can.

from my research and understanding the deepbite is fixed only by creating a gap in the back by putting bite blocks in the front (front ramps) to let the back teeth erupt and meet. But, with the mouthguard, it seems like it creating a gap everywhere in the occlusion. Should I fix my deepbite first by getting bite blocks then do reviv? Also (different topic) Ken preaches that you should create height(door-jam) and not let the teeth be hold in fixed position (unlocking the bite). But the reviv holds the teeth a little too much in place especially for me the r3 XL. If i had good occlusion then I would just use Bite Spacers all day because it has better stretch and fits better to what he's saying. I dont really understand the importance of the mouthguard other than the space its creating or making it easier to sleep with but maybe it has something to do with improving/maintaining ideal curve of spee which i dont know how it would.
Should I shave down R3 XL?
The depth of the R3 XL seems too much for me. These 2 parts of the R3 XL are digging into my mouth, I can barely wear it for 30 seconds due to the pain. The R2 L fits great though, but the depth seems too shallow for me and I was hoping to get a bigger stretch from the bigger width of the R3 XL. Was wondering if I should shave down the corners of the R3 XL so it can fit.

I had the same problem and asked Ken, he said to just cut the ends. I only cut the part where it was hitting the back bones in my mouth which were the edge of the back part of the mouthguard.

Yes, more stretch than R2L. I can feel the stretch whenever I first wear it everday and then it goes away. I have a deepbite and crooked teeth in the front.
Not seeing results

Q&A on mouthguard use.
As requested, I updated the classroom, answering some common questions regarding the mouthguard and this process. You can find it here. Let me know if this helps. Comment other questions you have so that I can answer it too :)
