account suspension appeal
my store was suspended before i’d even fully set it up likely because i didn’t verify bank details in time. i have waited 2 weeks for the appeal and it was denied despite me doing absolutely nothing wrong. what shall i do now? i can appeal again or should i risk just making a new email and starting a new account?

I set up a new shop early last year - verified, did everything right - and added branding etc - brought a product, and then listed a couple of digital download items in the first week. Got suspended 'permanently' at first instance - no email - no reason given, NONE. Appealed multiple times across the following 2 - 3 months - no response. eMailed any address I could find, no response. Complained to Better Business Bureau - no response (they are overloaded with Etsy complaints). Gave up. I DID NOT violate ANY policies... (I am a lawyer - and I do read and understand these things...before anyone suggests I "must have done something") - I was just caught by the newbie bot suspension purge along with many others - which was brutal at the time. I have just last week set up a new store - new account. Verified. Done all the things. Waiting to see if there is any suspension nonsense before I start listing.... I do have an existing shop which has been running for around 3 years so I can use that, but I really do want a new shop for this. Let's see what happens. I feel your pain.

@Theo S Well, it was for me. But I know it has worked for others. I can only speak from my own experience. You have nothing to lose by starting a new account - clear all browser data / or use a different one (no VPN) - and start another while you appeal the suspended one. That's what I would do.
"It takes time"
I have heard that a lot about getting traction and sales. I have 3 shops up and running one with 225 listings, one with 216 and 1 with 316 listing. All are running sales with free postage and a processing profile of 1 day. I have done some SEO verification and have started pinning listings to one Pinterest Business account, so far. I will start on the other 2 shops as well. Is there anything you can think of I can / should do apart from......................................................wait ⏲️ OR Add more listings 😊

I was always taught with Etsy: master 1 shop, get it profitable - move on to a second only then - and a third only after the second is profitable. Maybe that was wrong advice but it makes sense to me. I hope all of your shops are profitable for you.
Biggest month so far…
250 sales in 5 months with July being one of my biggest month yet with 8 days to go! The profits are going towards my wedding day in October so this has 100% been worth the journey.
