first order
just got my first order, absolutely chuffed but rly nervous not to do anything wrong. can someone give me a step by step what to do now if possible. Also being a saturday do i need to wait/ message the buyer letting them know it won’t be dispatched till monday? Also how do i share the VAT number with the courier?

@Mihai Volintiriu perfect thank you. since i am waiting till monday morning do i need to message the customer and let them know that it won’t be dispatched till monday/ tuesday due to not working weekends?

so all i have to do is check the order, pay for it. then mark as dispatched on etsy a day or so after and if tracking is not already added i can add it manually. but apart from that print shrimp does the rest?

pricing
do people recommend using print shrimp recommended pricing for prints especially when just starting out have people seen sales with these prices or should i decrease prices as i don’t want to put people of buying but i obviously want to make a profit and sell prints.

what courier should i do for ‘everywhere else’ as on printshrimp website it says 7-10 days shipping time

account suspension appeal
my store was suspended before i’d even fully set it up likely because i didn’t verify bank details in time. i have waited 2 weeks for the appeal and it was denied despite me doing absolutely nothing wrong. what shall i do now? i can appeal again or should i risk just making a new email and starting a new account?

@Samantha White am i likely to be banned again if i make a new account with a different email? will they know a previous account has been suspended (even though i did nothing wrong)

@Anna Roffey it’s so frustrating, do u think it’s worth me making a new account then. from what ur saying the appeal system is useless
