The unreasonable life Is about being unreasonable in the pursuit of excellence, in the pursuit of care for your clients, and in the pursuit of the life that you want to create. The book Unreasonable hospitality is required reading for all my coaching clients. The book talks about creating these one size fits one moments for customers whenever possible. How customer service is really the bare minimum of business should do. But when we slow down enough to pay attention, and take action on the ideas that come to us…we can truly create a magical moment for people that they will never forget. This video is an amazing example of how a business can create a one size fits one moments. And now look at the impact of simple gesture of listening 👂 to what someone said they love…and then taking action on the idea that came to them.
