How to earn points to unlock free things
In this community, you get points for participation. So whenever you make a post anytime, somebody likes it or comments on it you get a point. Anytime you comment on somebody’s post and somebody likes your comment or comments back to you. You get a point. When you get enough points, you go to different levels. Google my business
I hired a company to help get me found on Google. They said it takes about 3 months to really start noticing. It’s been amount a moth. I wanted to share with you what I learned. 1. You can tag up over 20 locations where you can be found on Google. Target busy neighborhoods, or high end areas whatever you’d like and where you need to be found. I was only being found in one area close to my spa. 2. Post on Google pictures and videos. The more you do this the the more the algorithm apparently prioritizes your business and will show You more. This is one of the things this company does for me is post every day on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. I just went through a recent video shoot and screenshot it a bunch of pictures from the post of me working. Going through and taking screen shots of my video got me like 40 pictures. That’s 40 posts. 3. Get reviews. This alone, if you did, this regularly would help a lot for you to get noticed on Google. But if you were looking for a massage on Google and a business has 25 reviews and another business has 350 and you both have similar ratings which one are you gonna choose? Exactly you’re gonna choose the one with 350 because they have a much better reputation online. So let’s make sure we’re asking people for reviews every day. Or at the end of the week, let’s send a request for reviews to everybody who came in that week that we know was happy.. especially those we got great results I’m sure there’s more. I know there’s more to it. But those should help a lot.

Connection and Community
I’m about to write an email to my clients. Not asking for anything just something that adds value. Then I have some cards I need to write. And some texts to send. Again not asking for anything. Not mentioning I have availability. Just a happy birthday card and thank you for coming in. Then I have a text to send because I have a client that lost a dog. And I found a painter that does amazing Portraits of dogs. So her friends and I are going to pitch in to get this done for her as a random surprise gift. How will you connect with your clients beyond just exchanging what you do for money. A follow up call just to make sure they are happy. A referral to a great restaurant for their anniversary. Checking in on them after a trip. Checking in on them after a funeral. Or sending a card for condolences. Do the things that are unscalable for better connection and community with clients.

@Ann Marie Schofield yes! And don’t feel bad if You ever don’t Do it for someone. Some of these things like I said they’re not scalable which means you’re not gonna be able to do it for everyone all the time no matter what. But when you do have the time and you do, think of the person, absolutely let’s do something special for them
