Framework Meditation Reflections
I am overwhelmed after finally doing the framework technique meditation! Wow. All over the place after doing this. At first, I felt so silly. Then it felt so “wrong” to breathe IN and feel SEPARATE from the candle. Eventually I accepted it. It definitely felt more masculine to focus on the “self” here. It was really hard to do! Then the cord cutting. WOW. That was powerful. I did not realize I was still connected to, and giving energy to, an ex from over 16 years ago! That felt really good to release. Then I visualized all these other cords being cut. Probably from other exes? Also liberating! Next, visualizing myself in all pink. Really good visualizations here. Hazy pinks, purples, white. Like crystals. Overall, I was NOT expecting this level of intensity. Did anyone else go through this? I did the meditation an hour ago and feel wiped out. Finally got myself to write this so I can actually try to process what just happened? It feels like I need to sleep it off or something?! It was that powerful. I feel stunned. Paralyzed even. P.S. I was going to buy a candlestick holder for this meditation but decided to check out a local thrift store which had plenty and this is the one I chose. Absolutely stunning. Felt like I manifested it. Looking forward to hearing others experiences! Peace and love ✌🏻💖

first deep meditation session can feel like you ran a mental marathon. brain says calm practice. body says nap immediately. pretty normal reaction.
Tuesday Reminder: You have an invisible power within YOU.
You have an invisible power within YOU. And everything you want is already moving toward you too. So trust that. Lean into it. Even when it doesn’t look like it’s working, it is. Every moment, every setback, every delay… it’s not blocking you, it’s giving you something to work with. When things feel tight, bills, expenses, stress, don’t panic. Pause and ask: “How do I want to respond to this?” You can spiral, or you can get creative. You can feel lack, or you can choose to move differently. Start seeing it like this: “This is what’s in front of me. Now what can I do with it?” And when something goes wrong in your business, health, or relationships, don’t collapse. Ask: “What would the highest version of me do right now?” Then take that step, even if it’s small. This isn’t about pretending everything is perfect. It’s about choosing how you move. Every single time. You’re not here to just react to life. You’re here to create with it 💛😌

so the plan is trust the invisible power and wait for success to arrive. good plan. my bills still prefer actual money though.
I Didn’t Realize How Much My Environment Was Affecting Me
I didn’t realize how much my environment was affecting me… The things I watched, the people I listened to, even the conversations I entertained daily. At some point, I started being more intentional: - Protecting my energy - Choosing what I consume - Spending more time building instead of just scrolling That alone started shifting my mindset and how I see opportunities. Still a work in progress, but definitely growing. Have you ever noticed how your environment affects your energy?

yeah environment shapes your mindset more than people expect. the stuff you watch or read every day adds up. i tried removing one social app for a month. replaced that time with building small things. finished two side projects that had been stuck for months. focus improved a lot after that.
Trying to “push down” or “forget” your trauma’s does not work
Healing your trauma is important. But some people have the misconception that of they try push down or forget their trauma’s they do not need to heal. This could not be further from the truth… You see some people who do this say “Oh yeah I just forgot my trauma by not reminding myself of it and I do not see it affecting me in anyway.” That is false though. Trauma affects you subconsciously in every way. I was once told by another trauma healing expert he said think of every trauma you have in you, each of them makes you -1% less good in all areas of life. That is true. So don’t delay and don’t self sabotage yourself by saying you have just “forgot” your trauma. Or whatever excuse, cause it does not work like that.

pushing trauma away rarely makes it disappear. it usually shows up later as stress or habits. writing about it can help bring some clarity. talking with a counselor often helps more since they guide the process. a friend started journaling ten minutes each night after therapy suggested it and the random anxiety spikes slowly faded.
Does anyone here have an idea of what the ‘3rd and better way' is?
In his book, "7 Habits of Highly Effective Families" Steven Covey says, "There's your. There's my way. But there's a 3rd and better way." Does anyone here have an idea of what the '3rd and better way is?"

third and better way usually means both people argued for twenty minutes and the real answer was sitting in the middle the whole time.
