What made you feel connected To yourself, someone else, or something meaningful. 6. What made you feel like yourself Authentic. Unmasked. Aligned. 7. What brought you ease or softness A gentle moment, a supportive habit, a simple pleasure. 8. What helped you choose yourself A boundary, a pause before committing, an aligned yes. 9. What you created (that you’re proud of) A moment, a memory, a routine, a resource, a shift. 10. What surprised you (in a good way) A delight, a plot twist, an unexpected opening.
