I do a version of this reflection every year before I sit down to plan out my next year. Then I gather pictures that make me feel happy to add to my vision board! If you want to try this, I recorded a quick video and have a free template for you to grab!
Here are the questions:
1. What made you feel proud
No achievement… alignment… proud.
2. What made you feel calm
Maybe a space, a breath, a ritual, a pause.
3. What you let go of (or started to)
A belief, a pattern, an obligation, a shouldy value

4. What made you feel hopeful
A tiny step toward who you’re becoming, a glimmer, a spark.
5. What made you feel connected
To yourself, someone else, or something meaningful.
6. What made you feel like yourself
Authentic. Unmasked. Aligned.
7. What brought you ease or softness
A gentle moment, a supportive habit, a simple pleasure.
8. What helped you choose yourself
A boundary, a pause before committing, an aligned yes.
9. What you created (that you’re proud of)
A moment, a memory, a routine, a resource, a shift.
10. What surprised you (in a good way)
A delight, a plot twist, an unexpected opening.
