Full Moon Check In 🌕
This full moon in Taurus beat my 🍑 lots of purging and opening of the subconscious to reveal hidden shadows I definitely refined the lesson of holding space today and how important it is to feel it out to see the bright side again. But we ball either way How are you feeling?? How’s this full moon treating you? And what have you learned?

Lately I have vivid dreams .. good ones bad ones I dont remember but I know I had ones ... tooo vivid that as if I am doing those tasks or talking to other person 🤔 Do you go through same cycle is it in collective or am I having this alone

@Irah Morffi I completely resonate! Waking from these vivid dreams, I also feel drained and fatigued too. The energy is indeed intense.
Anxious
Just a question has anyone else been feeling anxious? I have been feeling a bit anxious lately. I was wondering how do yall cope? I usually pray and breathe. 🧘

Hi there Angel, I'm so happy you're sharing your experiences and asking this question! Thank you. and praying and breathing for sure already is a great tool, perhaps try to explore different breathing tecniques and see which one suits you best and makes you feel good as well. I find that also being aware of your own thoughts when you feel anxious and journal it out helps alot as well and once you journal them all out, realize that you are not your thoughts and you can change your own narrative anytime you want to, and this is where reframing your thoughts comes in as well, so basically just reframe whatever you feel anxious about e.g. about having to present and speak infront of people at work, to --> I am grateful for this oppportunity to get out of my own comfort zone and learn to speak publicly. Ground yourself also helps alot, being in nature, barefoot if can, hugging trees, going for a walk, all of this are great tools to use when you feel anxious. Also use self-soothing techniques or imagine your innerchild and talk to her with compassion and give her the love and care she didn't get that makes you feel anxious now. Hope this helps! Who's sick right now?
Girlllll the energy has been so intense but revolutionary at the same time. I feel so much has been dismantled subconsciously that will help us get ahead in life and step into our power as women BUT since there was so much "letting go" I did get sick. When you come down with a cold most of the time it is your body purging energy. How are you feeeling lately?

Me and alot of people I know in Europe right now all feel exhuasted this week and I myself, just started to feel sick yesterday as well with alot of emotions coming up to the surface and I am so grateful for this chance of purging and for the chance to listen to my body and rest 🤍
