7 Days of Gratitude (community challenge)
This is our very first 7-Day Challenge inside the community, and we start Monday. I’d love to have as many of you involved as possible. The formula is simple: Breath + Gratitude + Intention. Find a quiet, comfortable position and begin by bringing some rhythm to your breathing, slow, gentle, and controlled. Think L.E.S.S. Once you feel calm, bring to mind one thing you’re truly grateful for in that moment. Stay with the breath and let that feeling resonate through your body. This can take 2 minutes or 20, it’s completely up to you. When you’re done, set a clear intention for your day ahead.
