Really???
So after speaking with an agent and asking questions, he asked me if I owned property, I said no. Next he asked if I wholesale and stated they were not in need of wholesalers because they could go directly to investors. So I asked, so it’s under contract? He answered no, asked if still on the market, he advised yes. So I’ll speak with my investors and I’ll be in touch 😂😂😂

For someone new to real estate, would yall recommend starting in residential and work my way into commercial? Or is it possible to go straight into the commercial side?
