Of course, cold calling is better, but what are the team's opinions of texting? Just realized I can text while door dashing🤑 Has anyone ever generated a lead or locked down a deal from texting?

I'm still not the best at my cold calling would it be better to get dollar leads. Or investing ex leads first?
