How I went from almost quitting to closing deals
I’ve got to be real this wholesaling journey hasn’t been easy. There was a point not too long ago where I had a solid deal lined up, everything looked like it was falling into place… except I couldn’t find a buyer. No interest, no calls back just silence. I was frustrated, burnt out, and honestly started questioning if I was even cut out for this. But then, out of desperation, I tried a strategy I had rarely seen talked about. At the time, it felt like a last-ditch move but to my surprise, it actually worked. I closed that deal, and since then, I’ve been quietly using that same approach to land more deals consistently. I’m curious has anyone else hit that wall before where you’ve done everything “right” but still couldn’t get a deal across the finish line? I’d love to hear what your toughest moment has been so far. And if enough people are interested, I don’t mind dropping the exact strategy I used. 👀
