Day 2 - Loving-kindness Challenge -- Self-Love
From my work over the last decade I have found that many people struggle to be caring, kind, and attentive to themselves. Generally we struggle with self love because we felt unlovable or not good enough in our childhood. A HUGE part of the journey is to learn how to love yourself by remembering and honoring the true value of your Being. We can only love others to the degree that we love ourselves. So start with you!! Do you struggle with self love? What ways can you show love, care, kindness, and attention to yourself today?

preach about self-love all the time, yet my bad habit of overthinking everything completely drains me. I have to remind myself that caring less is actually caring more—for me, and especially for my body. My body is the one that pays the price when I don’t put myself first. This message really woke me up. I’ve been dealing with headaches and low energy all week, and that’s a clear sign I need to slow down. I also need to remember not to place expectations on people who may never spiritually awaken. I also need to make peace with people that might never be grateful for the things you do for them, but that shouldn't move me because the Universe rewards me.
Meditation Monday
If you can’t meditate, your body and environment might be unclean. Cleanliness creates balance, cheerfulness, concentration, non-craving, and fitness to become aware of Consciousness. When toxins and impurities are present in the body the nervous system, emotions, and mind become agitated or dull. This makes it very challenging to settle into the clarity and presence of meditation. How to tell if your body is unclean: - You feel restless or sluggish - You don’t feel cheerful - You have intense cravings - Your mind is scattered or dull - You are unaware of Consciousness How clean is your lifestyle?

Cleaning, meditating, and healing are all essentially processes of listening to the body—noticing resistance or potential triggers, breathing through them, and recognizing that negative emotions often come from false beliefs or mental programming. To release them, we need to trace these emotions back to their root, usually the first time we remember feeling this way. Once we find the root, the mind no longer sees the issue as overwhelming—it recognizes the misconception of seeking validation outside ourselves, when the answer has always been within. When we make this awareness a habit, we begin to live fully in the present. It doesn’t need to be a ritual or something done at a specific time; it becomes simply a way of living.
Full Moon
When there is a full moon the 3rd eye is primarily stimulated. If we are in a balanced state, then these times are perfect for the deeper spiritual practices of contemplation and meditation. If we are out of balance, we may experience more overthinking (+) or delusions (-). Take the necessary steps to be balanced and clear the next couple of days, and watch the intuitive wisdom pour into you. Your cup must be empty to receive the Divine grace.

@Anastasia Erofeeva You will know all that when we return to source. We decided to forget you know. Not eager to get there. I am eager to master or have dominion over our mind which leads to coherence, and the manifestation of our dreams in the material world.

The Witness
In the yogic tradition we take the position of the witness. This allows one to objectively view the world and dissolve identity with the mind/body. This is not a position of apathy or not caring, quite the opposite, it is a position of detached clarity that allows us to be fully involved help and serve others. Take a moment to sit as the witness of this moment — thoughts, emotions, the breath, others, nature, the senses, etc — just be the witness and see what happens 🙏👁️☀️

We are the witness, the ego, and the universe all at the same time. The problem is not so much weather you identify yourself with one or the other, but that we have come to this earth to learn to constantly transmute the negative energy into positve. This ying yang alchemy is the essense of existense. No one is good or bad, but rather their balance is what helps us grow and expand.
