a great workout, especially for my knees. the power was so nice to feel. Because it is always a nice conclusion for me, I also did the resting meditation and put my hands on the lower back. ☺️ have a nice day!

Hi Drew, I somehow got lost on day 2. It took two days to catch up with you. What helped me was a bit of a guilty conscience, some ambition, the joy of movement, your loving and surprising videos, and your helpful guidance. Respect to everyone who stuck with it every day.
