Hey Cathy - I like this checklist a lot. It’s simplified and easy to see what I need. Something I really like that you reminded us is that it’s okay to eat the same thing everyday. I do best when I eat the same breakfasts, lunches, and snacks over and over - and then make a balanced meal for my family for dinner. I set myself for success this week by making sure I have what I need to to that.

@Catherine McFarland I basically make chicken or ground turkey in some form with rice/potato/pasta and veggies every night - it changes only based on the seasonings. Italian, Asian, Mexican, or what I call “classic” (garlic, salt, and pepper lol).

Hey guys how’s your weekend ? We’re in Dallas thought we’d catch a Cowboys game super fun. Even though we managed to do a whole tour of the stadium trying to find our seats. Was planning on taking the day off from the gym but managed to 12,000 steps anyway💪🏻😂! What’s your weekend looking like? Anything fun going on? Just wanted to share with you a tip about how to stay consistent in your health journey is find an accountability buddy. We just moved almost 2 weeks ago so my activity right now is most unpacking boxes. But at least I’m on my feet! We are taking a break to go explore a little.
