Question??
I started my peptides four weeks ago. I take Reta 1 MG Tessa, 1 MG and Klow 2 MG‘s. Most of the things I read said it takes 4 to 6 weeks to see results. I have lost 4 pounds with 16 to go, but I’m not feeling or seeing anything from the other two should I up my doses?

What are looking to see with other 2? I have never done tesa so I am not 100% sure of the dosage, I beleive it is 2mg a day though. I do know that you will retain water the 1st several weeks. KLOW I do 2- 2.5 mg daily.

But can I use a CC?
ARA-290
I’ve been thinking about adding ARA-290 to my stack. I had a double mastectomy and LD flap reconstruction the end of 2020. Since then, I’ve been dealing with nerve pain. Especially if I over use my arms. KPV has done amazing things for my inflammation under my arms. I know there are a lot of studies on the effect ARA-290 has for neuropathy pain. Do you think that would transfer over to the type of nerve damage that a mastectomy causes? Has anyone else researched it for this purpose?

I have Degenerative disk disease in my lower back and sciatica issues. ARA has helped so much. I was having to do ice packs, and tens machine daily when I started. By day 3, I didn't need either. I am 3 weeks in now, pain level is about a 2. For the last 20 years pain level has been 4-5 on good days.
Protein Suggestion
I'm having trouble digesting protein powder that are loaded with chemical sugars. I've tried plain and it wasn't too bad but I was hoping someone might have a suggestion for a brand that maybe uses a more natural sweetener?

I can't do most of the powders, drinks, or bars anymore. They all taste like chemicals. The Clean Simple Eats vanilla powder is great! I put it in my oatmeal with a diced up apple, and some cinnamon. I have the chocolate but havent tried it yet. They have several flavors Owyn and Koia premade shakes are great. They are pretty clean and don't have alot of extra stuff. I am still trying to find a good protein bar. The RX ones taste great and are low ingredient, but the calorie to protein ratio isn't great.
