We tested our testosterone levels… and the results surprised a lot of people.
Watch the full breakdown here: https://youtu.be/8OttjoMrD2c?si=3_w5a-2egxH5PFit Here’s what the bloodwork showed. Connor Murphy tested 1,000+ ng/dL. Completely natural protocol. Meanwhile Androgenic and I both hit the lab cap at 3,000+ ng/dL. Most labs stop measuring at that level, so the real number is likely higher. So you had three people in the same room: Connor → 1,000+ natural Tony → 3,000+ enhanced Androgenic → 3,000+ enhanced Now here’s the important distinction. For natural athletes, testosterone levels can vary based on things like: • genetics • sleep quality • stress • body fat • overall health But once someone is enhanced, the main factor becomes very simple: the protocol. Dose. Compounds used. Injection frequency. Ester choice. Timing relative to bloodwork. Those variables determine the numbers far more than lifestyle factors. This is why bloodwork matters. You can’t guess hormone levels based on appearance or performance. Serious athletes test and track their data. I’m curious about the community here: Have you ever tested your testosterone levels? If you're comfortable sharing: Comment your level and whether you're natural or enhanced. Let’s see what ranges the community is actually sitting at.

What was Murphy complete protocol? It can’t just be all the enclomiphene? I know he did a video back in the day when he started enclomiphene and Total T but I don’t think he reached 1000 at that time. What changed?
Why You Should STOP Using TRT
Most men with low testosterone are still being prescribed outdated weekly injections that destroy fertility and create lifelong dependence. It's time to question the protocol. In this video, I break down why Enclomiphene is becoming the future of testosterone optimization—and why doctors are finally moving away from traditional TRT. Here's what I cover: How Enclomiphene works differently than traditional TRT Why it boosts your own testosterone factory instead of shutting it down The legal framework that allows doctors to prescribe it safely Clinical evidence proving Enclomiphene's effectiveness Who is an ideal candidate for this next-generation protocol TRT has its place. But for a huge number of guys, it's overkill with permanent consequences. Enclomiphene gives you the benefits without signing up for a lifetime of needles and shutdown. Watch the full breakdown here: Why you should STOP using TRT Drop your take below: If you're on TRT, did your doctor ever present Enclomiphene as an option? And for the guys considering it—what's stopping you from trying this route first?

Enclomiphene works but it’s like overclocking your CPU to get more processing speed out of it but risk damaging it. There has to be a better option than Enclomiphene and TRT by now. I still use Enclomiphene but always on the lookout for superior options.
Methylene Blue (MB) - your penis will thank you
MB isn’t hype because it “boosts energy.” People care because it improves cellular efficiency, especially in the brain. At low doses, it helps mitochondria produce ATP more efficiently. Translation: - clearer thinking - less brain fog - more stable, calm energy (not stimulant-y) Where it gets more interesting is immune and circulation support. MB has well-documented antimicrobial and antiviral activity, which is why it’s been studied for infections and immune resilience. Some people notice fewer sick days or faster recovery when run short term. And yes!!! blood flow matters. By improving cellular oxygen use and nitric-oxide related pathways, some men report better erectile quality (aka hard 🍆) and vascular response. Not a “viagra,” but better function when circulation and mitochondria improve. Important notes: - Dose low. More is worse. - Cycle it. - Do not mix casually with serotonergic meds. When mitochondria work better, everything downstream works better, including focus, resilience, recovery, and blood flow. Subtle on day one, noticeable over time, and very dose-dependent.

@John Oakes I have COMPASS LABORATORY liquid form but I am doubting the quality at this point. I notice more benefits from torches by troscriptions but they stain your mouth. Some companies out there make 10% concentration instead of 1% but not sure if that matters. It would be good to know a list of the top companies out there that make hands down the best MB, not just some influencer who made their own private label.
Stacking CARDARINE with Tesamorelin, BAM-15, and SLU-PP-332
Current stack • Retatrutide 0.5 mg MWF • Tesamorelin 0.5 mg M-F • MetaShred 2 capsules (SLU-PP-332 and BAM-15) I want to take 10 mg of Cardarine in the morning upon waking up with MetaShred. I just want to make sure Cardarine complements my stack. Any thoughts?

@Aaron Reed I mean all the above sounds like a good idea. 😆 Just want to see a shift in my cholesterol numbers. But if I understand cardarine, If someone is on a stack to lose fat, adding cardarine helps the body utilize that fat into energy?

@Tony Huge @Trey Wilson isn’t 3.5 considered super low? I thought you need at least 12.5 EOD?
