The Agency Builder Trap Most New Agency Owners Fall Into
A few weeks ago I realized something uncomfortable. I had spent weeks building my agency infrastructure. Choosing a niche.Designing my website.Setting up systems.Optimizing pages.Researching tools. From the outside, it looked like I was working extremely hard. But when I stepped back and looked honestly at what was happening… My agency still had zero new clients. That’s when the realization hit. I wasn’t stuck because I lacked knowledge. I was stuck because I was building instead of selling. And this trap is far more common than most founders realize. The Builder Phase Feels Productive When you start an agency, your brain naturally gravitates toward work that feels productive but carries no risk. Things like: building the websitedesigning systemsresearching tools optimizing pages planning future automations All of these tasks feel like progress. But none of them actually bring clients. The uncomfortable truth is this: Agencies grow from sales, not preparation. The Real Problem Isn’t Productivity Many founders think their problem is: lack of disciplinepoor routinesnot waking up earlyneeding better productivity tools But most of the time, those aren’t the real issues. The real problem is avoiding uncomfortable activity. That activity is simple. Outreach. Because outreach includes something many people fear: rejection. Being ignored.Getting no reply.Hearing “not interested.” So the brain delays it. Instead, it pushes you toward safer tasks like: tweaking the websiteorganizing systemswatching tutorialsresearching strategies Your brain tells you you're being productive. But you're actually avoiding the one activity that moves the business forward. The Pattern That Slowly Kills Momentum A lot of agency builders fall into a daily pattern that looks like this: Wake up late.Start work slowly.Take breaks.Mood drops.Phone scrolling starts.Promise to work harder later at night. But real output never happens. Then something dangerous begins. A mental guilt loop.

Ecom? SaaS? Agency? Here’s What Makes Sense Now
Online Business Models to Watch in 2025 - Dropshipping - E-commerce - SaaS (Software as a Service) - SMMA (Social Media Marketing Agency) - Automation Agency - YouTube Content Creation - Trading / Forex - AI Agency Let’s be honest... Most of these sound great on paper. But models like dropshipping, SaaS, trading, and even ecom demand: ⛔ Upfront capital ⛔ High-tech skills ⛔ Months (or years) of trial & error What actually makes sense for beginners in 2025? ✅ SMMA (Social Media Marketing) ✅ Automation & AI Agency They’re lean, low-cost to start, and you can plug into existing tools and workflows—without reinventing the wheel. But here’s the truth bomb: Information is everywhere. Clarity is rare. You're surrounded by reels, webinars, and “7-figure agency” tweets. But too much content leads to zero direction. And zero direction leads to burnout—or worse, giving up on something that could’ve worked. What you really need isn’t more info. It’s a filtered path. → A structure to follow → A way to spot the right model for your skills → Someone who’s actually done it, not just preached it 🚪If you’ve been thinking about starting something but keep second-guessing yourself, maybe it’s not your fault. Maybe you just need a clearer mirror. Start by getting honest about what excites you, what fits your strengths—and where you're wasting time. The right path isn’t hidden. It’s just buried under noise. Think you’ve tried everything? You haven’t.

Automation for higher positive reply rate (cold email)
Hi all! Just wanted to share a simple make.com automation i use to increase positive reply rates for cold email with personalized icebreakers in the email copy. Specially great for those who dont have high cost tools like Clay. What the system does: 1. Grabs valuable data from your lead list (googlesheets/airtable etc.) 2. Shoves that data into ChatGPT - with a promt telling it to create a personalized icebreaker. 3. Updates you leadlist with an additional colum "icebreaker". 4. Adds the lead to campagin. In this way you can create 1000+ hyper personalized emails in minutes to your prospect where they think "oh, this person really did their research about us" - in a very cost effective way compared to tools like Clay. Comment if you would like to get blueprint or the exact prompt or i use in ChatGTP 🙏

🔥 Stop Copying Broke Agency Models – Build What Actually Works
Started an agency? Maybe SMMA or some AI-tool hype thing? Still not closing clients? You keep watching free YouTube videos... Following the same advice 50k other people are copying. "Resell this AI tool!" "Just scrape leads and blast emails!" Yeah, sure. Welcome to the Matrix. Let’s be real for a sec: Most people aren’t stuck because they need better tools. They’re stuck because they’re selling what they want— Not what the market needs. Here’s the real framework for building an agency that doesn’t die in 6 months: AGENCY FOUNDATION 4.0 👉 Pick a clear goal 👉 Choose your niche (not "everyone") 👉 Study the market, not just gurus 👉 Find real problems & desires from Market 👉 Spy on your competitors, ethically 👉 Build your pitch around them, not you 👉 Then build your website. Not before. No fluff. No AI pipe dreams. No BS. If you actually want to do this right— You need the right framework and real resources. No shortcuts. No screenshots of Stripe dashboards. One that actually solves problems and attracts high paying clients Not just chasing "get rich in 30 days" garbage… D.M me “Matrix Exit” if you’re done copying what doesn’t work. Can’t D.M? 🔥 Stop Copying Broke Agency Models – Build What Actually Works
What I’d do if I had to make $5,000 in 47 days (from scratch)
Most people are selling what they think people want. Not what people are actually buying. Big mistake. Here's how to fix it: ✅ Do real niche research (country, state, economy—know who you’re talking to) ✅ Find urgent problems people are already throwing money at ✅ Craft offers around those—not around what you like doing Example: “We help gym owners get 20+ memberships/mo using [unique method]” ^ That sells. Because it solves a known pain point. Tweak your site. Your copy. Your entire funnel. Every word should speak directly to your niche’s problems and goals. Create simple systems to track what’s working. Offers. Outreach. Content. Everything. This isn’t magic. It’s just clarity + relevance + systems. If you're serious about building, I’m happy to guide you. Just shoot a quick DM or find out the WhatsApp link below my profile.
