✅ Craft offers around those—not around what you like doing
Example: “We help gym owners get 20+ memberships/mo using [unique method]” ^ That sells. Because it solves a known pain point.
Tweak your site. Your copy. Your entire funnel. Every word should speak directly to your niche’s problems and goals.
Create simple systems to track what’s working. Offers. Outreach. Content. Everything.
