Hi, In the program, the exercises suggested are pulllups, dips, and HSPU. However, wondering if it would be a good idea to switch up HSPU with decline pushups. Feel like it would give more complete chest development while still hitting front delts, + It is way harder to maintain good form and balance on HSPU than on pushups when fatigue starts. Considering these arguments, is HSPU still better for aesthetics and muscle distribution than decline pushups as a complement to pullups and dips? Thank you
