Drum roll please!!!!!!!!! I am about 6lbs away from hitting my goal weight. When i started my journey i was 285 and stalled at 260 with semaglutide. Switched to Reta 10 weeks ago and am currently at 231. I want to be at 225. I’m 6’ 2 and even though my goal is 225, I’ve been thinking about maybe going to 205 or 200. I know 225 is still classified as overweight for my height but I’d be happy either way considering i haven’t weighed this light since i was 22 and im 46. The only exercise i do is walking everyday now and stopped weights, just for the time being. Interested to see if anyone else has hit their goal and went past it or stopped and tried to maintain with a lower dose.

I know a lot you guys have similar stories on how you stumbled into peptides and glp-1s specifically. I though I would go a little more in depth on how I got here and my past struggles binge eating in general. I felt so lost and alone in those periods.
