Soooo Ive surpassed my initial goal of 225 and hit my secondary goal of 200...the second part was too easy and now Im going to stop taking the peptide and start putting good weight on and get back to 225 in the gym. Its going to be a long road now trying to bulk up and add the good weight. Im a little nervous about stopping the peptide, but I dont need to lose anymore and Im at a loss of what to do. Im not going to do a maintenance or get back on it unless I start gaining toooo much weight to fast. I know working out a short period of time will not net massive gains unless im on other "gear" but I feel like the excess food intake alone has the potential to gain weight only if Im not burning enough calories working out. I can see potentially gaining weight if i dont burn enough off right?....soooooo suggestions? I will need to eat more protein to gain muscle right?
