What is your non body size reason for moving your body?
On a family time week! And my 3yo little guy graduated from the bunny hill today and big girl (she's just turned 7) rockin' her blues. But I was thinking today as I was carrying my toddler wearing ski boots while walking in my ski boots and with all the awkward things. This is why I work out. So I can carry the awkward sh$* and have "des grandes aventures" (great big adventures) as my son calls them 💜 Share your NON body size reason for moving that body. Small things that I didnt realize were so hard to do... but the biggest one for me.. I want to be able to tie my shoes comfortably. its small... but its something i took for granted. the energy that i use to do a simple task.. i want to use that energy elsewhere!

👋 Hi, my name is Allyson 📍 I’m joining from Southern California! 🌱 One thing I’m hoping to shift with my wellness is my relationship with food, and continuing on my PCOS journey to better help myself. 💛 Something I enjoy outside of health is KPOP! BTS is my ult group 🥰💜 Bonus (just for fun): 🤪 A weird or unique experience I’ve had is I was approached by a medium shortly after my grandmother passed and she let me know she was ok!
