HeartPrompt - What Helped You?
Hey HeartFinders — let’s learn from each other. We’ve all found little things that helped us shift, grow, or heal — and those things might help someone else here, too. 👉 What’s one thing that truly helped you? It could be a practice, a mindset, a book, a song, a routine, a realization — anything that made a difference for you. 🧭 Tell us in the Community: - What was it? - How did it help you? - Why do you recommend it to others on the path? - Big or small, it all matters. Let’s build a library of wisdom — together. 💛 Oh, and one more thing that will help you - is helping others.

Thank you! - I studied and practice shamanic healing ❤️ mostly Native American traditions but the practice is very common across cultures.

@Glenn Berger that’s a perfect fit!
Unpublished Book
I have a non fiction book written. I’m a social worker and a licensed therapist and I want to contribute to the literature. The time is ripe to publish due to the social issues at play on the National stage. It’s been unpublished for 7 years. I took 4 steps today, I got it out, I left a message with a beloved professor I haven’t spoken to since the 90s to try to get an audience, made a FB post asking for help and got a couple leads, and left a message with an editor. I do not know how to get to the publishing part. But Why am I afraid that this will succeed??

Quote of the Day
“It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.” – Confucius When life feels stuck, I remind myself: slow is still movement. Every small effort is still progress. What quote reminds you to keep going?
