20 contributions to Earth 2.0 Community
Good Morning Family, look at the field we are building together right now! 🔥
I am sitting here looking at this thread, reading the raw honesty and the massive breakthroughs from @Celyn Wong , @Julian Hunt , @Scotty H , @Alicia Dane , @Joyce Yap @Chelsea Kallis , and @Paulo Ruvalcaba , and my heart is overflowing with pure gratitude. We are no longer just talking about somatic regulation. We are actively living it. When Celyn reminds us that awareness is the solvent, that we don't need to frantically "fix" ourselves, but simply notice the pattern, the whole collective system takes a deep sigh of relief. When Scotty commits to stepping away at 6:30 PM to disrupt the mental noise so his creative art can flow, he is choosing biology over cognitive exhaustion. This is the entire point of the Earth 2.0 frequency. It is not about waiting for a flawless, quiet world. It is about the radical choice to return to yourself while the world is spinning. As we head into this weekend, I want you to carry this momentum into your cells. Do not let your old conditioning pull you back into the predictable, exhausting loops of the digital scroll or the constant hustle. Choose one hour. Just one single hour this weekend to anchor completely into your physical body. Step barefoot on the grass. Breathe consciously. Notice the patterns. Claim your space. I see every single one of you—especially those of you still lurking in the shadows. Your seat is waiting. We are moving fast, and we rise together. Have a beautiful, fully integrated weekend, family! 🌱✨

It’s beautiful to see how this community is growing through shared experiences and small daily practices. Sometimes, simply becoming aware of what’s happening within us is already a meaningful step toward change. Grateful to be part of this journey with everyone.
Before we talk about what’s next, I want to celebrate YOU. 💛
I’ve been a little quiet here lately, and I’ve missed connecting with you. Yesterday we officially closed our first every 8 week cohort group preparing for the next one! The heart of Earth 2.0 is the people. The curiosity you bring. The care you offer. The things you try, learn, and share that help someone else take their next step. So let’s catch up: What’s one win from your life lately? A breakthrough. A new habit. A moment of peace. Getting back to something you love. Something small that meant a lot to you. It all belongs here. I’ve also been inspired by WishWell’s approach to making care a daily practice: pause, bring someone to mind, and offer them 60 seconds of focused attention. Their ZeroOne tattoo is a physical reminder to take that pause. What I love is the practical design: a visible cue, a simple action, and an invitation to repeat it. It brings practices explored in meditation, gratitude, and compassion research into an everyday moment. A little reminder for all of us: we can make time to wish someone well—and let them know we’re thinking of them. And there’s more to look forward to: we’re back with weekly calls this November! ✨ Our upcoming schedule will bring leading experts in consciousness, science, sound healing, biohacking, longevity, and more. I’m excited for us to learn, explore, and put new ideas into practice together. Full schedule coming soon. For now, let’s celebrate each other. Drop your win below, and leave a little love on someone else’s. I’d love to hear how you’ve been. 💛 PS: Sharing with you some images from our last week in Redwood forrest working with group of leaders from around the world on creating a world that everyone wants to live in!

One of my recent wins is learning to appreciate quiet moments instead of always feeling the need to be productive. I’ve been making more space for breathing, gratitude, and simply being present. I love the idea of wishing someone well for just 60 seconds because small acts of care can mean more than we realize. Looking forward to learning and sharing more with this community!

@Pavel Aeon Such a beautiful reminder that we don’t always have to be doing something to make each moment meaningful. Sometimes, simply being present is enough.
I just tried The Sleep Ritual Breathwork
Hey everyone! 😴✨ I just finished tonight’s session and wow... I had to jump on here and share this because going from a super busy day with a newborn, a 4-year-old, and a 9-year-old straight into sleep mode is usually really hard for my brain. To be honest, I tried to do this 4 days ago right after I posted about my morning routine, but I dozed off just 2 minutes into it! I can't even remember anything that happened after that, haha. Being almost 2 months postpartum at 39 years old, my body was just completely exhausted. But tonight, I actually stayed awake and did the whole thing. I just finished The Sleep Ritual Breathwork (Relax & Unwind). It is only 19 minutes, and honestly, it completely changed how I feel. Normally, the second my head hits the pillow, my mind starts racing with tomorrow's endless to-do list. Coming from my fast-paced chef background, I am so used to just running on stress and adrenaline to get things done. We do that all day, but then we expect our brains to magically shut off the moment we lie down. Tonight made me realize how much heavy energy we actually carry into our beds without even noticing. I made my room dark, grabbed my favorite cozy blankets, and just let the audio guide me. The sound immediately made my room feel like a safe, peaceful space. Just like the morning routine, the breathing steps helped me let go of the day, and I could literally feel the tight stress in my shoulders and back from carrying the baby just melting away. The quiet steps at the end brought me into a beautiful, calm headspace where all my worries just went away. Instead of feeling wide awake and stressed, I feel this deep, warm peace in my body. My mind and body finally know it is safe to relax. It is a big eye-opener to realize that clearing out the noise in our heads before bed is not just a nice extra. It is something we really need to do for ourselves so we do not wake up already tired.

It’s amazing how a few minutes of intentional breathing can help us slow down after a busy day. Sometimes we carry so much tension that we forget what it feels like to truly relax. I love the reminder that rest begins with giving ourselves permission to pause. Even small moments of calm can make a difference in how we end the day. Thank you for sharing such a relatable experience!
You cannot hide your frequency.
You can say all the right words. You can repeat all the positive affirmations. But if your physical body is vibrating at the frequency of scarcity, anxiety, or survival, that is exactly what you will project into the world. Look at how you are holding yourself right now. Is your breath shallow? Is your physical posture collapsed or rigidly tense? That tight, restricted physical state holds a specific electrical frequency. It is the frequency of lack and survival. When you stay in that physical state, you naturally attract more situations that match that exact level of stress. We try so hard to change our thoughts, but we completely ignore our vibration. Your nervous system is the antenna. If the antenna is warped by trapped stress, you cannot tune into a higher frequency of abundance, clarity, or ease. You have to change the physical channel first. Let us check the antenna right now. Drop a number from 1 to 10 in the comments below based on your current physical frequency. 1 means your energy feels heavy, blocked, anxious, and stuck in a low survival loop. 10 means your frequency feels completely light, open, radiant, and fully aligned. Do not analyze it with your mind. Just feel the vibration in your chest and your gut right now, and drop your number below

8, I guess. Sometimes the body reveals what the mind tries to hide. A few moments of noticing our breath and releasing tension can help us reconnect with ourselves.

@Brewtally Awesome l Admin You are welcome and thanks too for this beautiful reminder. Even a few quiet breaths can help us pause, notice what we’re feeling, and give ourselves a little space to reset.
The mind loves information, but the body only cares about results.
Look at what happens when you stop analyzing your stress and start changing your biology. This week, our members shared exactly what is possible when you commit to the physical experience. @Louise Aquino is recovering from her third C-section, managing a house full of the flu, and looking after a newborn. Her old conditioning told her to run on raw adrenaline and hustle through the chaos. Instead, she committed to the 7-day system reset. She shifted from treating her recovery as another chore to realizing it is a non-negotiable boundary. The chaos around her did not change, but her internal antenna did. Then we have @Nate Yang . He admitted he was completely skeptical of the branding and marketing at first. His BS detector went off. But he chose to put his skepticism aside and actually do the breathwork for two months. Now, his morning brain fog is gone, his resting heart rate is down, and his chest no longer feels tight before the day even starts. He is holding focus past 2 PM without needing a third espresso. We also see this deep work reflecting in @Chelsea Kallis practice. During her water meditations, her expanded awareness is bringing forward powerful somatic symbols. She is connecting with the playfulness of the seal, the patient boundaries of the turtle, and the deep transformation of the scorpion. Her system even showed her a whale carrying her safely down into the deep ocean. This is what happens when you clear the internal noise. Your subconscious opens up and gives you the exact blueprint you need to step into your highest self. This is the power of true nervous system regulation. You cannot think your way into a new life. You have to experience the shift physically. When you change your internal channel, your entire reality responds. I want to celebrate the momentum we are building right now. What shifted in your body this week? Did your shoulders finally drop?

Thank you for sharing these experiences. It’s encouraging to see how different people are finding meaningful shifts by paying attention to what their bodies need.

@Brewtally Awesome l Admin Beautifully said! Sometimes slowing down and listening to ourselves is all it takes to notice what we’ve been missing.
